House rules
Dear holiday guests!
Our holiday flat should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the flat in an orderly manner, you will also help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises in the future.
General
If you find anything missing from the facilities or if you need help, please contact us in confidence. All things in the flat or on the balcony, or belonging to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please treat all the furnishings and
Please handle all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rented property with care. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows should be closed when leaving the flat to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources must be used sparingly.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is by arrangement, usually not before 4 pm. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartment/house by 10 a.m. at the latest. On your departure, the holiday apartment/house should look as you found it.
Damage
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to everybody that something gets broken. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage that has occurred, so that we do not have to wait until after your departure to find it out at the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages to the amount of the replacement costs.
Waste disposal
Waste is separated into residual waste, organic waste, glass, paper and packaging. Appropriate containers are available in the kitchen. Please use rubbish bins and cosmetics bins in the bathroom only with rubbish bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no toiletries in the toilet). Do not throw or pour any waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids or similar into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins and showers! You will find rubbish collection bins on the property, to the left of the entrance to the underground car park.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Internet/WLAN
A wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available in the holiday flat. Please ask us for the access code. You can also read this in the electric-UV cabinet / entrance area. The use of the internet to the extent available is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's internet use.
Kitchen
Please take care of the kitchen equipment and the technical appliances.
Since a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards only when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
Deposit
The deposit collected together with the rent is to cover damages caused by the guest and costs not covered by the rent. This may include, for example Damage to useful objects, furniture, walls, appliances, triggering of the fire alarm system without a fire event, loss of keys, but also extreme soiling of the flat. After the final cleaning and possible repair of the damage caused, the deposit will be refunded in full or in part.
Parking facilities
Short-term parking is available directly in front of the flat for arrival/departure.
Two parking spaces are available free of charge for our holiday flat in the underground car park. These are marked with the abbreviation PH in the centre left when you enter.
Cleaning
Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately. We ask you to leave the flat broom-clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards. The final cleaning included in the price is calculated on the basis of careful handling of the rooms and furniture as described here. Soiling that requires intensive cleaning will be charged extra to the guest.
Quiet hours
In the interest of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe public quiet times such as midday, night and Sunday rest. Also in the holiday flat itself, out of consideration, quiet should be kept between 22:00 and 7:00 o'clock.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday flat. Please leave the flat when smoking.
Sauna
The guest is free to use our beautiful sauna. Please read the instructions carefully next to the sauna door and do not forget to turn it off after use!
Key
Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys has to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
By booking the holiday flat we assume that the house rules are accepted.
